Not being PAID enough? Try a Commission-based job!

One day, when I was browsing my Facebook I saw an article entitled "Not being paid enough? Try a commission-based job." Syempre, since it's about INCOME... I paused and read it for awhile.

Itong article pala ay interview sa isang financial advisor ng isang kilalang insurance company na located dito sa Pilipinas. At may part dun kung saan sinabi nya na..

"A commission-based career has more benefits than one with fixed income (Employment)."

Una sa lahat, ano nga ba ang Commission-based job? 

Commission-based jobs are generally sales jobs. The money can be significantly higher than for a salaried job requiring the same level of education, experience and training. As a commission-based worker, you generally don’t face a lot of employer hassles about your work style. At ang mga examples ng mga commission-based jobs ay Network Marketing/MLM, Insurance Broker, Real estate Agents, Telemarketer, etc..

Binanggit din sa article ang mga iba't ibang benefits na maaari mong matanggap pag ikaw ay nasa ganitong klaseng trabaho.. tulad ng:

 

• HIGH PAY OPPORTUNITY

The benefit of a commission-based job is there is no limit to how much money they can earn since it all depends on the effort they put forth. In some cases, a person can earn a lot more money doing a commission-based job than if paid hourly.

• FLEXIBILITY and FREEDOM

Job seekers who want to spend more time at home may enjoy the freedom and flexibility that a commission-based job provides. Often, these jobs are Part-time, freeing up the rest of the day to spend time with family and friends. Self-disciplined employees capable of managing their time and resources effectively do well in this type of job.

Tiyak nga na mayroong magandang oportunidad na naibibigay ang ganitong tipo ng trabaho, dahil minsan ang sahod na binibigay ng isang Salary-based job a.k.a Employment ay hindi kadalasan napapantayan ang sipag, pagod, at tiyaga na ginugugol ng isang empleyado. Kaya karamihan sa kanila ay naghahanap pa ng sideline para lamang madagdagan ang kanilang kita.

 

Kung ikaw yung klase ng empleyado na sawang sawa na sa sinasahod mo buwan buwan dahil wala itong pagbabago o increase man lang... yung tipong, kulang na lang ay mag-tumbling ka sa harap ng boss mo para bigyan ka lang ng increase! O kaya naman, ikaw yung klase ng emplayado na hirap sa pagbabalanse ng trabaho at sideline para lamang matustusan ang mga pangangailangan ng pamilya mo.

Then I think it's about time that you venture to something new.. try commission-based jobs na kung saan hawak mo ang oras mo at may potensyal na kumita ka na malaki!

Remember, hindi sapat na masipag at matiyaga ka lang.. you need to find the right opportunity na kung saan may direksyon kang paroroonan.

4 STEPS FORMULA: How to Get Rich and Make 1 Million Pesos in 2014

This is going to be my 1st post for 2014 and I'm so excited to share with you kung ano yung natutunan ko kay Frank Kern, one of the most successful and highest paid internet marketer in the whole world. 

Frank Kern was able to generate 28 Million Dollars in just 24 Hours combined period. And this is the formula that helped him become successful and Rich. Apply this formula and you can achieve success too this 2014.

Here's the 4 Steps...

STEP 1: Modeling
Identify the rich and successful people and do what they do. Ang tawag dito ay "Modeling". Modeling successful people. Ibig kong sabihin, humanap ka ng tao na merong success na gusto mong makuha, pagkatapos ay gawin mo yung ginagawa nila/niya.

On a much deeper level, hindi lang yung mga ginagawa nila yung mga gagawin at gagayahin mo. Kaylangan ay maunawaan at ma-adapt mo sa buhay mo yung kanilang core beliefs, traits, habits, characteristics, motivational drives, work ethics, etc. 


STEP 2: Know Your Outcome Specifically
This is very important because it is not enough to only say that you want to be rich. It's very undetermined. Iba-iba kasi ang ibig sabihin ng mayaman para sa iba't ibang tao. Pwede and ibig sabihin ng mayaman sayo ay kumita ng 1 Million per year. O kaya naman ang pagiging mayaman para sayo ay may income na 1 Million per month. 

Alam mo ba na yung mga successful na tao, ay alam na alam nila kung ano yung eksaktong gusto nilang ma-achieve. Pagkatapos, gumagawa sila ng paraan at aksyon para ma-achieve yung goal na yun. Kaya importante na maging specific ka din sa kung ano yung gusto mong ma-achieve. Know your specific outcome and write them down. Tapos gumawa ka ng plan of action para makuha mo yung goal na yun.

For Example - Kung ang ibig sabihin sa'yo ng pagiging mayaman ay 1 Million na income in 1 year. Ang gawin mo humanap ka ng paraan para kumita ng P83,334 na income every month OR P2,777 na income everyday.

P2,777 x 30 Days = P83,334

PP83,334 x 12 Months = P1,000,008 in 1 year

Alam kong alam mo na hindi ganun kadali na humanap ng trabaho na sasahod ka ng P2,800 araw-araw. Kung katulad mo ako, ang option mo ay magtayo or maghanap ka ng business kung saan pwede kang kumita ng ganitong income.

At kung wala kang malaking puhunan, ang mga options na pwede 'kong i-suggest sa'yo ay Online Business, o kaya naman mag hanap ka ng  Network Marketing Business. Both of these requires a very very low investment but highly profitable.


STEP 3: Believe that It will Work
Let's say na nakahanap ka na ng paraan para kumita ng P83,334 na income every month. At nakagawa ka na di ng specific na plano para ma-achieve mo yung 1 Million per year na income goal mo.

Na-compute mo na lahat ng kikitain mo. Determinado ka na dahil magiging successful ang plano mo. Sigurado ka na kikitain mo yung 1M mo after a year. Ang tanong ay hanggang saan yung willing mong gawin para ka maging successful? How hard and how many hours will you work to hit your target income?

Rich and successful people, ay kapag may sinimulan silang business, meron silang matibay na paniniwala sa magiging successful sila sa kung ano man yung ginagawa nila. Hindi sila nagdududa at hindi nila iniisip na mabibigo sila.

Walang yumaman or naging successful na tao na nagtayo ng business pagkatapos ang nasa isip niya ay "Bahala na kung mag work 'to or hindi". Naniniwala sila na mag wowork kung ano man yung ginagawa nila at naiintindihan din nila na hindi magiging perfect ang lahat, magkakaroon ng mga challenges at problema along their journey to success pero alam din nila na pwede silang mag adjust at humanap ng mga solutions sa mga magiging pagsubok nila.

For Example - Parang tulad ng eroplano, pag nag-take off ang eroplano hindi naman 100% na sureball na makaka-landing sa pupuntahan niya. Ginagawa ng piloto, constant niyang ina-align kung ano man yung dapat i-align, ina-adjust kung ano yung dapat i-adjust para makarating ng safe dun sa destination niya.

Ganun din sa magiging business mo, constant kang mag-aadjust para ma-hit mo yung goal mo at para makapunta ka dun sa gusto mong puntahan.


STEP 4: Work Hard and Smart
Bakit nagiging successful ang ibang tao? Simple lang, they work harder and smarter than ordinary people does.

Para sakin napaka importante na maintindihan natin na success takes hard work. Ang problema kasi ng ibang business owners (Netwrok Marketers/Home based owners) porket may business na sila at dahil wala silang ibang boss kundi ang sarili nila, ay they tend na mag easy easy.

The difference between the most successful people is they work hard and they ENJOY what they do because they LOVE what they are doing. Ibig sabihin, kung para sa ibang tao ay mukang mahirap yung ginagawa nila, para sa successful people naman ay hindi iyon mahirap dahil inspired sila at nag-eenjoy sila at mahal nila yung mga gingawa nila.

Make sure na kung mag sisimula ka ng business mo, make sure na yung gagawin mo business ay yung mag-eenjoy ka.
