Not being PAID enough? Try a Commission-based job!

One day, when I was browsing my Facebook I saw an article entitled "Not being paid enough? Try a commission-based job." Syempre, since it's about INCOME... I paused and read it for awhile.

Itong article pala ay interview sa isang financial advisor ng isang kilalang insurance company na located dito sa Pilipinas. At may part dun kung saan sinabi nya na..

"A commission-based career has more benefits than one with fixed income (Employment)."

Una sa lahat, ano nga ba ang Commission-based job? 

Commission-based jobs are generally sales jobs. The money can be significantly higher than for a salaried job requiring the same level of education, experience and training. As a commission-based worker, you generally don’t face a lot of employer hassles about your work style. At ang mga examples ng mga commission-based jobs ay Network Marketing/MLM, Insurance Broker, Real estate Agents, Telemarketer, etc..

Binanggit din sa article ang mga iba't ibang benefits na maaari mong matanggap pag ikaw ay nasa ganitong klaseng trabaho.. tulad ng:

 

• HIGH PAY OPPORTUNITY

The benefit of a commission-based job is there is no limit to how much money they can earn since it all depends on the effort they put forth. In some cases, a person can earn a lot more money doing a commission-based job than if paid hourly.

• FLEXIBILITY and FREEDOM

Job seekers who want to spend more time at home may enjoy the freedom and flexibility that a commission-based job provides. Often, these jobs are Part-time, freeing up the rest of the day to spend time with family and friends. Self-disciplined employees capable of managing their time and resources effectively do well in this type of job.

Tiyak nga na mayroong magandang oportunidad na naibibigay ang ganitong tipo ng trabaho, dahil minsan ang sahod na binibigay ng isang Salary-based job a.k.a Employment ay hindi kadalasan napapantayan ang sipag, pagod, at tiyaga na ginugugol ng isang empleyado. Kaya karamihan sa kanila ay naghahanap pa ng sideline para lamang madagdagan ang kanilang kita.

 

Kung ikaw yung klase ng empleyado na sawang sawa na sa sinasahod mo buwan buwan dahil wala itong pagbabago o increase man lang... yung tipong, kulang na lang ay mag-tumbling ka sa harap ng boss mo para bigyan ka lang ng increase! O kaya naman, ikaw yung klase ng emplayado na hirap sa pagbabalanse ng trabaho at sideline para lamang matustusan ang mga pangangailangan ng pamilya mo.

Then I think it's about time that you venture to something new.. try commission-based jobs na kung saan hawak mo ang oras mo at may potensyal na kumita ka na malaki!

Remember, hindi sapat na masipag at matiyaga ka lang.. you need to find the right opportunity na kung saan may direksyon kang paroroonan.

Making use of New Technologies can also leverage your income. For example, the INTERNET has created many new vehicles for wealth. 

Regardless of what route you take, always have in mind that the power of leveraged incomes can provide you with the ability to rise above the mediocrity that the majority of people experience throughout their lives.

Find ways to leverage your time, effort, and income so that you can enjoy earning stupendous amounts of money and still have plenty of time and energy to enjoy your life to the fullest!
